Due to your request, I am publishing the results for the Peruvian Nativity Scene Contest which took place in Sala Luis Miró Quesada Garland in Miraflores on December 19 of last year.

The first place belonged to the plastic artist Mamerto Sánchez due to his work called “Nativity in a Cave”. “Arch” was also the favorite of people.

28 Nativity scenes made by artisans all over were taking part in this contest organized by the Miraflores Town Hall and the Theatre and Social Cultural Institute. However, more than a contest, this is an exposition through that we can admire all the beauty and customs of different towns of Peru. I personally went there and became amazed by the artistic value of each piece.

On the other hand, the Christmas Handicraft at the Parque Raúl Porras Barrenechea, joins more than 25 artisans who come from different parts of Peru.

Monday through Friday from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
